Southern Sandstone Bouldering

Having been climbing on sandstone for many years i have always found it an exciting place to climb, with a climbing style that is unique for all others. Being predominantly only interested in bouldering at these outcrops i have always felt the need for a definitive bouldering guide to the area. Most of the current guides only offer a few boulder routes and some miss out some huge chunks of rock which don't appeal to the average sandstone climbers but hide some very worthwhile problems. This online guide is designed to fill that gap. I have tried to be as accurate as i can with route descriptions and grades but these will always be controversial so please get in touch if you strongly disagree. I am also after any new problems put up or ones i have missed out so please send me any information about these routes.

Harrisons

Although Harrison's is the largest of the sandstone crags it has very little in the way of stand alone boulder problems. However most of the routes offer some very good starts and if you look around there are some hidden boulders tucked away. The best area by far is the North boulder. There is also a South boulder but it is much smaller but still has some great sit start problems. i have tried to included all the boulder routes i know of. I have included first ascents if known. If you spot any mistakes on grades or problem names then please let me know. If the route is merely labeled by the word Problem followed by a number this is because i have no idea of the name. I have given all the routes without a name a suggest grade which i feel is right. I would be more than welcome as always for any help fitting the missing pieces.
